Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (59.8 percent); Clearwater, Florida (38.4 percent); and Owego, New York (1.8 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2020. Fiscal 2017 Defense-wide procurement; fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy); fiscal 2016 other procurement (Navy); fiscal 2017 other procurement (Navy); fiscal 2012 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy); and FMS case funding in the amount of $76,574,864 will be obligated at the time of award of which $13,520,613 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
