Photos of the current tractor for trade-in. These photo are to be used to determine trade-in value of the current tractor. The trade-in value will be deducted from the overall cost. Bid Schedule of Prices for Tractor Scope of Work for Tractor This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-17-R-0052 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 number of employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award.
