MODIFICATION NOTICE: Bids are being solicited under solicitation number W9124M-17-Q-GH03. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Sellers name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partners Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bids line item pricing is higher than the Selected Sellers applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bids line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Sellers applicable contract pricing. The MICC Fort Stewart requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: 1.ENGINE 6 CYLINDER, MINIUM NET HORSEPOWER 160 ISO 9249 TIER 4 ENGINE. 2.TRANSMISSION SHALL BE HYDROSTATIC OR PLANETARY TYPE TRANSMISSION WITH TORQUE CONVERTER. 3.OPERATING WEIGHT SHALL BE A MINIUM OF 35,000 LBS AND NO MORE THAN 40,000 LBS. 4.DOZER MUST HAVE AT LEAST 28 INCH PADS ON TRACKS, TRACKS MUST BE EXTENDED LIFE, EXTREME SERVICE MUST HAVE 8 BOTTOM ROLLERS AND 1 TOP CARRIER ROLLER, TRACK GUIDING FOR FRONT AND REAR MUST HAVE A MINIUM OF 39 TRACK PADS. 5.DOZER MUST HAVE AN ENCLOSED CAB WITH HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. 6.CAB MUST HAVE FORESTRY PACKAGE WITH SCREENS OVER ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SCREENS MUST HINGES WHERE THEN CAN BE OPENED, MUST HAVE SWEEPS ON FRONT OF CAB, MUST HAVE LIGHTS ON FRONT AND REAR OF CAB FOR NIGHT OPERATIONS, MUST HAVE LEXAN FOR FRONT WINDSHIELD IF SCREEN CAN ™T BE INSTALLED OVER IT MUST HAVE ENGINE ENCLOSURES, FRONT PULL HOOK. 7.DOZER MUST HAVE A PROTECTION PACKAGE THAT WILL INCLUDE A HEAVY DUTY RADIATOR GRILL GUARD, HEAVY DUTY CRANKCASE GUARD, AND HEAVY DUTY FUEL TANK GUARD. 8.MUST HAVE A METAL FUEL TANK. 9.MUST HAVE A REVERSING HYDRAULIC FAN ON ENGINE. 10.MUST HAVE GUARDS FOR FRONT LIFT CYLINDERS AND HOSES. 11.MUST HAVE AN AIR SUSPENSION SEAT WITH RETRACTABLE SEAT BELT. 12.MUST HAVE 6-WAY BLADE WITH A MINIUM OF 4.10 YD CAPACITY AND RIPPER READY. 13.DOZER WILL HAVE A 5 YEAR OR 3500 HOUR PREMIUM WARRANTY COVERING THE WHOLE MACHINE.
