For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: D17F0011D1. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Five- Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price contract, for a minimum quantity of 1,260 each up to a maximum of 1,760 each of a CARTRIDGE, DESSICANT, NSN: 1427-01-247-3414; Part Number: 11487942, applicable to the STINGER Missile Weapon System. Delivery is 1260 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are as follows: 1st Year - 1260 EA, 2nd Year - 125 EA, 3rd Year 125 EA, 4th Year - 125 EA, 5th Year - 125 EA. This item is restricted to 100% Small Business. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out. All offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP)- certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted, dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar to access SAMAR and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. VIOLATION OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENEALTIES.
