RFI FFG(X) - Industry Day Registration Form **The purpose of this modification is to provide the below details for FFG(X) Industry Day** INDUSTRY DAY Program Executive Office, Littoral Combat Ships (PEO LCS) Frigate Program Office (PMS 515) is hosting an Industry Day to discuss the U.S. Navys requirements for the US Navy Guided Missile Frigate Program (FFG(X)). The objective of this Industry Day is to share details on the desired FFG(X) capabilities, discuss the RFI objectives including the types of information that will be most helpful to the Navy in evaluating the RFI responses, and seek input with interested Contractors on the Navys plans to design, develop, and construct Guided Missile Frigates. The Navy is interested in understanding Industry perspectives and innovative ideas in achieving the best balance of capabilities and cost for the FFG(X). Industry Day will be held on Tuesday, 25 July 2017 from 0900 to 1500 EDT at: Alion 1100 New Jersey Ave SE Suite 200, Conference Room Independence A Washington, D.C. 20003 JPAS visit requests are not required. This briefing will be UNCLASSIFIED. Each Contractor is limited to five (5) participants to attend the briefing. An attendee list consisting of name, company, email address, and phone number will be provided to all attendees after Industry Day is completed. Contractors interested in attending this event should contact Lawrence Gordin and Kelli Bryan via email ( lawrence.gordin@navy.mil and kelli.bryan@navy.mil ) no later than 1100 EDT on 20 July 2017. Please include the following information: Subject line: "N00024-18-R-2300 FFG(X) Industry Day", and complete Attachment 1, FFG(X) Industry Day Registration form. No audio/visual recording devices of any kind will be permitted. Agenda: 25 July 2017: Industry Day § 0845 - 0915 Check-in § 0915 - 0930 Ground rules/Agenda § 0930 - 1015 FFG(X) Program Brief and Questions § 1015 - 1030 Break § 1040 - 1200 Individual Breakout Discussions § 1200 - 1300 Lunch Break § 1300 - 1500 Remainder of Individual Breakout Discussions Note : Times listed above may be changed if necessary. GENERAL Individual Breakout Discussions will follow the FFG(X) Program Brief and Questions. Application for an open discussion slot will be requested via Attachment 1, and the schedule will be provided during check-in on the morning of Industry Day, 25 July 2017. Discussions and questions will be recorded by the Government. The Government may post a sanitized version of questions received - removing any indication of the company that submitted the question and any company proprietary information - of all questions and answers resulting from the Industry Day. Briefing slides will be made available after the Industry Day. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. NAVSEA does not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee costs in response to this notice are not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. The Government anticipates high interest for this event. Onsite registrations will NOT be accepted. Media is not authorized to attend this event. Space is limited and will be limited to 5 or less people from the same organization. Your registration must be approved to attend. Final notification for approval to attend this event will be made no later than the close of business on Thursday, 20 July 2017.
