FISC Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to solicit on an unrestricted basis for Navy Personnel Research Studies and Technology (NPRST), Millington, TN services that will directly support decision support tools in manpower, personnel, training and education research using Capabilities Generation, Optimization, Experimental Economics, and Modeling & Simulation. The resultant contract will expand research conducted using agent technologies in modeling and simulation for model evaluation, redesign, and development. It will also further research in behavioral economics and its concepts within the policy planning processes, and capabilities and optimization for individual and organizational assessment to utilize and make substitutions within the total force for distribution and assignment.
