A purchase order will issued and payment will made 30 days after receipt. A credit card will not be used in this transaction. **PAPER SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR FAXED DOCUMENTS OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED !!** SET-ASIDE: Total Small Business Set-Aside DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this solicitation is the acquisition of a 2008 Backhoe Loader. This equipment will be a standard backhoe and will include a minimum of: --turbo diesel engine 85-90 HP --powershift transmission --MFWD w/front wheel limited slip differential --Cab with dual doors and air conditioning --Loader with 3 function hydraulics for pin on multi purpose bucket --1.32 cubic yard multi purpose bucket --12" and 24" heavy duty buckets Purchase will also include a trade in of a 1995 310D John Deer Cab Backhoe with a multi purpose 1.25 yard bucket plus 12" and 24" buckets, 3575 hours, 50% tire tread. All manuals included. TRADE-IN IS MANDATORY IN THIS SOLICITATION. ADDITIONAL TRADE IN INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WHEN IT IS POSTED ON FEBRUARY 19, 2008.
