The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for a Dentist at the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from the date of award through September 30, 2008, for approximately sixty (60) days to be scheduled by the Chief Service Unit Dental Officer. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be February 20, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ package is March 7, 2008.
