Description

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) converted approximately 345 employees to National Security Personnel Security (NSPS) on 28 October 2007 as part of NSPS Implementation Spiral 2.1, and it is likely that additional employees will convert in the future. MSC is required to establish a performance management process for the 345 employees who have converted.
