Description

Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of two EA Lift truck, Traction Lug Tire, Clark Battery Powered, Traction Lug Tire Lift, Model: Clark TMX25 or Equivalent IAW the purchase description. Contract will be Firm Fixed Priced type under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation (1-07-08). The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date (1-22- 08). The government will award the vendor that has the lowest bid price while still being technically acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
