This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-08-Q-0007 and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070906, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0823.
