This is modification 2 to the synopsis entitled ?FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF STRESS RUPTURE DATA FROM COMPOSITE OVERWRAPPED PRESSURE VESSELS? which was posted on October 16, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: The due date for responses to the above RFI has been extended to November 29, 2007.
