Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for Mat Rental/Exchange/Cleaning Services for both divisions of the Eastern Kansas Healthcare System: Dwight D Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS and Colmery O'Neil VA Medical Center, Topeka, KS. Contract will be for a base period effective January 1, 2008 through September 30, 2008 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on price and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about November 13, 2007. Due date for receipt of offers is December 12, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is December 17, 2007.
