Description

This is notification that a modification will be issued to add Moog's sole source NSNs to Moog's Requirement Type Umbrella Corporate Contract SPM4AX-07-D-9412 (Cage 94697). The modification will contain NSNs from the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Defense Supply Center Columbus and Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. A list of NSNs is available upon request. Moog East Aurora Division with Cage 94697 (Contract Number SPM4AX-07-D-9412) is established as the basic umbrella corporate contract. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Note 22 applies.
