Description

Architect Engineering Services required to provide complete design and construction period services for Project 568-08-221, MRI/CT Dock Renovations at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD 57747. This project will renovate the existing CT loading dock area to accommodate a new Mobile CT truck that is being purchased. Currently the loading dock can accommodate only one truck at a time. The project will modify the dock so that both the MRI and CT trucks can be utilized at the same time. The existing building will be modified to allow patient access to the units. The design services shall include all structural, civil, architectural and engineering services as required for complete design. Construction estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement is set aside for small Architect/Engineering firms. Architect/Engineering firms capable of providing these services are to submit a current SF 330 for review and consideration by close of business December 7, 2007 to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), VA Black Hills Health Care System, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747.
